Number 1, this kit is rust proof due to it being made purely of stainless steel.
Number 2, this kit makes installation of the oil pan and oil pan gasket much easier due to being the included studs. Simply place insert the gasket onto the studs, then install the pan and screw on the nuts. Then install the bolts. Then torque to spec. No more dealing with aligning the gasket while trying to install bolts.
