Throttle body opening is polished in house and features a 66mm opening. You can use a smaller throttle body if you'd like. The intake runners are ported and polished about 2" deep into each runner.
We originally created the RBC Pro for the K Series guys who were struggling to find an affordable intake manifold that could make more power than an OEM RBC. Now with the availability of the D16 intake manifolds being very limited, we have a new offering. The D-Pro Intake Manifold Kit.

Intake Manifold: We take a D16 Pro Intake Manifold and clean in up by polishing the throttle body opening and port matching/polishing the runners. The throttle body opening is polished to a 66mm throttle body opening. The runners are port matched to the OEM intake manifold size and shape. The porting goes about 2 inches deep into each runner. Then the runners are then polished for the most optimal airflow.
This is normally a $200 service, but we are including it for free.
