Description:
We originally created the RBC Pro for the K Series guys who were struggling to find an affordable intake manifold that could make more power than an OEM RBC. Now with the availability of the D16 intake manifolds being very limited, we have a new offering. The D-Pro Intake Manifold Kit.
As you can see in the reference photos, the off the shelf China manifolds are a mess. Make more power with our D-Pro Intake Manifold Kit.
Intake Manifold:
We take a D16 Pro Intake Manifold and clean in up by port marching and polishing the runners and throttle body opening. The throttle body opening is port matched and polished to the 70mm throttle body that comes with this kit. The runners are port matched to the OEM intake manifold size and shape. The porting goes about 2 inches deep into each runner. Then the runners are polished for the most optimal airflow.
This is normally a $200 service, but we are including it for free.
70mm Throttle Body:
Throttle bodies are cast in aluminum and are direct-fit for the Honda B, D, H, and F-series engines. The throttle body looks and feels like an OEM unit but adds to its performance. The larger bore sizes helps to optimize incoming airflow and increases horsepower and torque. Throttle bodies each include a matching thermal gasket.
